With this easy skillet technique and some crunchy granola, you can have a peach crisp in minutes. Use a simple granola without dried fruit.

Ingredients

Peach

1 large, thinly sliced

Dark brown sugar

2 tsp(s), unpacked

Low-fat granola

1 tbsp(s)

Instructions

  1. Spray a small nonstick skillet with cooking spray and set over medium heat. Add peach slices; cook, stirring often, until softened, about 2 minutes.
  2. Add brown sugar; stir until sugar melts and begins to bubble, about 2 minutes. Scrape peach mixture into a small bowl; top with granola.
