Salmon Ricotta Bagel Toasts

Seasoned-up ricotta cheese makes a great bagel spread that's low in fat.


Ingredients
Bagel
4 small, plain (2 oz each)
Part-skim ricotta cheese
¼ cup(s)
Fat free sour cream
2 tbsp(s)
Uncooked scallions
1 medium, minced
Table salt
⅛ tsp, or to taste
Black pepper
⅛ tsp, or to taste
Smoked salmon
3 oz, thinly sliced
Instructions

Slice each bagel into 4 thin rounds and toast them.

Stir together ricotta, sour cream and scallion. Season to taste.

Divide ricotta mixture onto bagel slices and top each with 1/4 of the salmon.
