Plain fat free yogurt

peach(es)

1 medium, pitted and sliced, or 1/2 cup frozen sliced peaches, thawed

fresh raspberries

½ tbsp(s), fresh or frozen and thawed

vanilla extract

¼ tsp(s)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and serve. (Note: For a thicker smoothie, add 1/4 cup of ice cubes before blending.)
