Whereas lots of ranch dip recipes use dried herbs, we stick with fresh here to match the fresh taste of the pickles. Whipped cream cheese blends well with yogurt, and you don’t have to allow it to soften first. Serve with fresh vegetables and/or reduced fat chips.

Ingredients
Plain fat free Greek yogurt
¾ cup(s)
Reduced fat cream cheese
½ cup(s)
Unsweetened dill pickle
2 spear(s)
Fresh parsley
2 tbsp(s)
Scallions
2 tbsp(s)
Fresh dill
1 tsp(s)
Black pepper
½ tsp(s)
Table salt
¼ tsp(s)
Garlic
1 clove(s), large
Instructions
1
In a medium bowl, beat the yogurt and cream cheese with an electric mixer (or stir with a wooden spoon) until smooth, 30 seconds to 1 minute. Add the pickles, parsley, scallions or chives, dill, black pepper, salt, and garlic; beat until combined.
