Powdered peanut butter
Reduced-calorie whole wheat bread

½ large, cored and thinly sliced
2½ tbsp(s), toasted if desired
- In a small bowl, stir together the powdered peanut butter and 1 2/3 tbsp of water until smooth. Spread the peanut butter evenly over the toast. Divide the apple slices over the toast and sprinkle with the cinnamon and almonds.
