This tropical salsa makes a great snack at your summer barbecue. Serve it with baked tortilla chips or pita bread wedges.


Ingredients
Papaya
2 large, peeled and diced
Kiwifruit
4 medium, peeled and chopped
Red bell pepper
½ medium, seeded and chopped
Uncooked scallions
1 medium, chopped
Cilantro
2 tbsp(s), fresh, chopped
Fresh lime juice
2 tbsp(s)
Ground allspice
⅛ tsp(s)
Instructions

Combine ingredients in a large bowl and mix until well-coated. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Yields about 1/2 cup per serving.
