Orange, strawberry, and kiwi salad

This colourful salad is exceptionally versatile: Serve it as a side dish, a snack or even for breakfast (make it the night before). It's loaded with vitamin C.


Ingredients
Unsweetened orange juice
1 tbsp(s)
Agave nectar
2 tsp(s)
Orange
2 medium, peeled and sliced
Strawberries
2 cup(s), hulled and sliced
Grapes
1 cup(s), halved
Kiwifruit
2 medium, peeled and sliced
Peppermint leaves
2 tbsp(s), chopped
Instructions

In a large nonreactive bowl, combine the orange juice and honey. Add the fruits; toss to coat. Refrigerate, covered, until chilled, at least 1 hour. Serve, sprinkled with mint.
