Nova Scotia seashore lobster rolls
12 oz, broken or pulled apart into 2-inch pieces
½ cup(s), chopped, (120 ml), shredded
fat free mayonnaise
1 tsp(s), (5 ml)
2 tsp(s), (10 ml) minced fresh
1 tsp(s), ground black pepper, to taste
light wheat hot dog roll(s)
- Place lobster in a large bowl. Add lettuce, mayonnaise, mustard, and chives and toss to combine. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
- Spoon equal amounts of lobster mixture into 4 soft rolls and serve.
