Premade whey protein shake

Frozen wild blueberries

2% reduced fat cottage cheese

Fat-free sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix

Chocolate whey protein powder

4 tsp(s)

Monk fruit sweetener with erythritol

Blend all the ingredients until smooth.

Fill 1 Ninja Creami pint container to max fill line and freeze for at least 24 hours (make sure surface of mixture freezes flat, not at an angle).

Follow instructions for placing in Ninja Creami. Use Lite Ice Cream mode to spin. Check texture. Use Re Spin mode if ice cream seems powdery.
