Icy cold and loaded with vitamins, this fruit slush is the perfect summer pick-me-up. Whoever knew a drink could taste this good?


Ingredients
Pineapple
1 cup(s), chunks (very ripe and cold)
Mango
1 large, or 1 and a half medium mango, peeled, pitted and cubed (very cold)
Unsweetened orange juice
½ cup(s)
Ice cube
1½ cup(s)
Peppermint leaves
¼ cup(s), reserve 2 sprigs for garnish
Instructions

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until slushy. Pour into 2 tall glasses; garnish with mint and serve. Yields 1 1/2 cups per serving.
