Serve these filling little tidbits to guests at a get together, or enjoy them yourself! If you can't find three-pepper hummus, use regular hummus.


Ingredients
Whole wheat pita
4 small, whoel, toasted and halved
Plain hummus
6 tbsp(s), three-pepper
Cucumber
¼ cup(s), cut into 24 slices
Radishes
2 medium, cut into 12 slices each
Alfalfa sprouts
½ cup(s), or radish sprouts
Instructions

Spread each pita half with 2 teaspoons of the hummus. Fill each half with 3 cucumber slices, 3 radish slices and 1 tablespoon sprouts.
