Serve these filling little tidbits to guests at a get together, or enjoy them yourself! If you can't find three-pepper hummus, use regular hummus.

Ingredients

Whole wheat pita(s)

4 small, whoel, toasted and halved

Store-bought hummus

6 Tbsp, three-pepper

Cucumber(s)

¼ cup(s), cut into 24 slices

Fresh radish(es)

2 medium, cut into 12 slices each

Alfalfa sprouts

½ cup(s), or radish sprouts

Instructions

  1. Spread each pita half with 2 teaspoons of the hummus. Fill each half with 3 cucumber slices, 3 radish slices and 1 tablespoon sprouts.
