Serving as the anchor of this nosh plate is an easy tzatziki-like yogurt sauce—perfect for dipping into with sturdy pita chips. A generously sized salad, seasoned hard-boiled eggs, and olives round out the meal.

Ingredients

Plain fat free Greek yogurt

Cucumber

2 tbsp(s), finely grated (squeezed dry)

Garlic

Dried dill weed

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt, shredded cucumber, garlic, and 2 pinches each dill, salt, and black pepper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the lettuce, sliced cucumber, tomatoes, and vinaigrette; toss gently to coat. Arrange the salad, yogurt sauce, olives, eggs, and pita chips on a large plate; sprinkle the eggs with an optional garnish of dill, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Makes 1 serving.
