Ingredients

Cooked orzo

½ cup(s), or other leftover small pasta

Persian (mini) cucumber

Canned cannellini beans

Fresh dill

2 tbsp(s), chopped

Crumbled feta cheese

Olives

6 large, Kalamata variety, sliced

Low-fat vinaigrette salad dressing

Shallots
