Transform this into a main course by adding a drained 6-ounce can of solid white tuna (use the kind that's packed in water, not oil).

Ingredients

Fresh mixed greens

10 oz

Fresh cherry tomato(es)

1¼ cup(s), or 10 average, halved

Uncooked onion(s)

½ cup(s), red, diced

Dijon mustard

1 tbsp(s)

Balsamic vinegar

2 tbsp(s)

Fresh tarragon

2 tbsp(s)

Garlic clove(s)

2 clove(s), medium, minced

Canned cannellini beans

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine greens, beans, tomatoes and onion.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients for dressing. Pour over salad and toss well before serving.
