Simple and easy to make, this bagel makes a great grab-and-go breakfast for busy mornings.

Ingredients

WW 100% Whole Wheat Bagel

1 bagel(s), split and toasted

Almond butter

4 tsp(s)

Apple

½ medium, cored and thinly sliced

Maple syrup

1 tsp(s)

Ground cinnamon

1 pinch(es)

Instructions

  1. Spread almond butter over bottom half of bagel.
  2. Top with apple slices. Drizzle with maple syrup and sprinkle with cinnamon. Cap with top half of bagel.
  3. Serving size: 1 bagel

Notes

Substitute peanut butter, cashew butter or nut-free butter for almond butter. Alternatively, divide ingredients between both bagel halves and serve open-face bagels.
