Mango, Lime and Yogurt Popsicles

2 medium, chopped
Raw lime peel
2 tsp(s), finely grated
Plain fat free yogurt
- Process mango and rind in a food processor until smooth.
- Combine yogurt and honey in a large bowl. Gently stir mango mixture through yogurt until swirled, but not fully combined.
- Spoon into 6 x 75 ml popsicle moulds. Poke a popsicle stick into each mould. Freeze for 6 hours or until frozen.
- Serving size: 1 popsicle
