This light and flavourful dip gets its amazing creaminess from a dollop of Greek Yogurt. Try it with crudité or baked pita chips or even as a spread for sandwiches.

Canned cannellini beans

Plain lowfat Greek yogurt

Olive oil
1 tbsp(s)
Fresh lemon juice

Lemon zest
1 tsp(s)
Minced garlic

Rosemary

Fresh parsley

Instructions

Combine all ingredients but rosemary and parsley in a food processor or blender and puree until smooth. Stir in herbs, garnish with additional parsley, and serve.
