Ingredients

Cooked shredded chicken breast

Canned white beans

Canned green chili peppers

Frozen corn kernels

Canned chicken broth

Taco seasoning mix

Fat free skim milk

Instructions

  1. Add chicken, beans, chilies, corn, chicken broth, and taco seasoning to a large stock pot. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and let simmer for 30 minutes.
  2. Add skim milk and cream cheese and allow chili to simmer for an additional 30 minutes. Stir before serving and enjoy!
  3. Serving size: 1-1 1/2 cups of chili
