Italian Appetizer Skewers

These tasty kebabs couldn’t be simpler to make—no cooking necessary, just thread the ingredients onto skewers. With tomatoes, pepperoni, olives, basil, and bocconcini, they definitely have some Italian flair. You can assemble the skewers a few hours ahead and refrigerate until about an hour before serving; the flavours are at their best if the kebabs aren’t too cold.
