Fat-free vanilla ice cream
- In a large bowl, whisk together milk, corn syrup and vanilla. Pour about 1/2 cup of mixture into each of 4 tall glasses.
- To each glass, add 1/2 cup each of seltzer and ice cream. Serve immediately.
