Packed with veggies, this healthy roll-up makes an easy and satisfying snack.

Ingredients

WW Bread 100% whole wheat tortilla

1 tortilla(s)

Store-bought hummus

2 tbsp(s), garlic variety

Uncooked carrot(s)

½ cup(s), shredded

Uncooked bean sprouts

½ cup(s)

Cucumber(s)

¼ cup(s), thinly sliced

Uncooked bell pepper(s)

¼ cup(s), diced

Instructions

  1. Spread hummus evenly over tortilla. Top with carrots, sprouts, cucumber and bell pepper.
  2. Roll up tightly. Wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (this will make it easier to slice). Cut into 1-inch thick slices; secure with toothpick if desired.
  3. Serving size: 1 tortilla roll-up
