WW Bread 100% Whole wheat tortilla
2 tbsp(s), garlic variety
½ cup(s), shredded
Uncooked bean sprouts
¼ cup(s), thinly sliced
Uncooked bell pepper(s)
¼ cup(s), diced
- Spread hummus evenly over tortilla. Top with carrots, sprouts, cucumber and bell pepper.
- Roll up tightly. Wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (this will make it easier to slice). Cut into 1-inch thick slices; secure with toothpick if desired.
