1 medium, minced, or to taste

Ginger root

1½ tbsp(s), fresh, minced

Fresh lemon juice

Plain fat free yogurt

Sea salt

Puree all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. Yields about 1/3 cup per serving.
