Our copycat version of a fast-food restaurant favourite comes together in a snap, making for an easy lunch that you can whip up any time. We boost store-bought ranch dressing with a little yogurt for more of a tangy buttermilk-like flavour. If you don’t have leftover grilled chicken on hand, either cook some quickly in a stovetop grill pan, or substitute canned tuna or salmon.


Reduced fat ranch dressing

Low-carb, high-fiber tortilla wraps

1 tortilla(s)

Romaine lettuce

Reduced-fat cheddar cheese

2 tbsp(s), shredded

Grilled skinless boneless chicken breast

3 oz, chopped


  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the ranch and yogurt. Onto the tortilla wrap, arrange the lettuce, cheese, and chicken; drizzle with the dressing and wrap up.
