Greens with Turkey Bacon Dressing
Frozen green peas
1 cup(s), thawed
Fresh mixed greens
½ cup(s), thinly sliced
Cooked turkey bacon
6 slice(s), diced (cooked in a nonstick skillet)
Fresh lemon juice
- Combine peas, greens and scallions in a bowl.
- After cooking bacon in a nonstick skillet over medium heat, add water, vinegar and lemon juice and cook 1 to 2 minutes more.
- Pour bacon dressing over salad, toss gently to coat. Season with black pepper and serve immediately. Yields 1 1/2 cups per serving.
