This retro-favourite is packed with fresh herbs. It's best on simple salads with lettuce, celery and sliced radishes.

Ingredients

Fat free mayonnaise

2 tbsp(s)

Fat free sour cream

2 tbsp(s)

Chives

2 tbsp(s), or green part of a scallion, finely minced

Fresh parsley

2 tbsp(s), finely minced

White wine vinegar

1 tbsp(s)

Anchovies canned in oil drained

1 item(s), minced

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl until creamy. Yields about 1 1/2 tablespoons per serving.

Notes

Also makes a great dip. Or try the dressing mixed into canned tuna for a new take on tuna salad.
