Greek Yogourt with Strawberry-Mango Jam

Plain fat free Greek yogurt
- Combine 1 c strawberries, 1 c mango and honey in a small saucepan; set over medium heat. Cook, stirring frequently, until juices are released and mixture is saucy, 5-10 minutes. Remove from heat; let cool.
- Stir in remaining 1/4 c strawberries and 1/4 c mango; serve garnished with mint.
- Serve sauce over yogourt.
- Serving size: 1 c yogourt with 1/2 c sauce
