Shredded fat free mozzarella cheese
WW 100% Whole wheat bread
¼ medium, sliced
- To make sandwich, layer cheese, sliced apple, fig preserve, and arugula. Top with another slice of bread.
- Coat a large skillet with nonstick spray and set over medium heat.
- When the skillet is hot, add the sandwich and cook, pressing down on the sandwich a few times with the back of spatula, until cheese is melted and bread is toasted, about 2 minutes per side.
- 1 grilled cheese sandwich per serving.
