Apple
¼ medium, sliced
Fig spread

Arugula

Instructions

To make sandwich, layer cheese, sliced apple, fig preserve, and arugula. Top with another slice of bread.

Coat a large skillet with nonstick spray and set over medium heat.

When the skillet is hot, add the sandwich and cook, pressing down on the sandwich a few times with the back of spatula, until cheese is melted and bread is toasted, about 2 minutes per side.
