Unsweetened frozen peaches
Plain fat free Greek yogurt
- Combine all ingredients in a blender; puree until smooth. Yields about 250 ml (1 cup) per serving.
Don’t have peach nectar on hand? Use white grape juice, mango-orange juice or apple juice instead (could affect Points value). You can swap frozen mango for the peaches, or you can use a combination of both.
