A little sweet, a little zing. Terrific sipped through a straw or poured into popsicle molds for a frozen treat.

Ingredients

Crystallized ginger

Unsweetened frozen peaches

Peach nectar

Plain fat free Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender; puree until smooth. Yields about 250 ml (1 cup) per serving.

Notes

Don’t have peach nectar on hand? Use white grape juice, mango-orange juice or apple juice instead (could affect SmartPoints® value). You can swap frozen mango for the peaches, or you can use a combination of both.
