A modest amount of powdered peanut butter goes a long way, lending rich nuttiness to these sweet snacks. Enjoy them straight from the freezer—no need to thaw them. Note that the chocolate syrup won’t freeze firm; it remains deliciously sticky.

Ingredients

Fat free whipped topping

8 oz, thawed if frozen

Powdered peanut butter

¼ cup(s)

Light chocolate syrup

1 tbsp(s)

Instructions

  1. Line 12 cups of a mini muffin pan with paper liners (or use a silicone pan).
  2. In a medium bowl, stir together the whipped topping and powdered peanut butter until well combined. Divide the mixture evenly among the prepared muffin cups. Drizzle the chocolate syrup over the top. Freeze until firm, at least 2 hours.
  3. Serving size: 1 piece
