Instructions

  1. On a microwave-safe plate, place egg bake and top with Canadian bacon; microwave on High until thoroughly heated, 45 seconds to 1 minute.
  2. On bottom half of bagel thin, layer egg bake, bacon, spinach, and tomato. Top with top half of bagel.
