Foil packet tilapia with Brussels sprouts
Uncooked Brussels sprouts

1 cup(s), chopped, sliced 1/8-inch thick

Uncooked tilapia fillet(s)
1 pound(s), 4 (4-oz) fillets
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat or prepare medium-high fire. Arrange 4 large sheets of nonstick foil or foil coated with nonstick spray on a work surface. Place 1 cup Brussels sprouts and ¼ cup onion in the center of each piece of foil. Sprinkle evenly with ½ tsp salt and ¼ tsp pepper. Place 1 tilapia fillet on top of each packet.
- In a small bowl, combine oil, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Brush oil mixture evenly over tops of fillets. Sprinkle fillets with remaining ½ tsp salt and ½ tsp pepper. Fold foil over fish and vegetables to seal each packet tightly.
- Place packets on grill rack. Close grill lid and grill until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, 10 to 12 minutes.
