Hard boiled egg

1 large, halved

Scallions

1 medium, sliced

Sesame seeds

Instructions

Spoon the cottage cheese into a shallow bowl. Arrange the cucumber, tomatoes, avocado, and egg on top. Sprinkle with the scallion, sesame seeds, and salt and pepper, if using.
