Egg and Bacon Breakfast Slider
Add a dash of hot sauce for a little heat.
Uncooked reduced fat center cut bacon
Low fat American cheese single(s)
- Cook bacon in a medium nonstick skillet over medium heat until crisp, about 3 minutes; set on paper towels to drain.
- Pour off fat from skillet; add beaten eggs and season to taste with salt and pepper. Scramble eggs over medium heat; push to one side of pan and top with cheese. Cover skillet; cook over low heat until cheese melts. Lift eggs with spatula onto bun bottom; add bacon and bun top.
Makes 1 serving.
