Our spiced-up version of the classic rum-and-ginger cocktail will leave you cold when it stares right back at you!

Ingredients

Rum

6 fl oz, (180 ml), divided

Ginger beer

750 ml(s), light variety, divided

Fresh lime juice

6 tbsp(s), divided

Unsweetened frozen sour red cherries

¼ cup(s), 6 cherries, divided

Instructions

  1. Fill 6 glasses with ice cubes and pour 30 ml dark rum into each glass.
  2. Top each glass with 125 ml light ginger beer and 1 tbsp lime juice and gently stir.
  3. Pierce the cherries with a cocktail stick and drop into the glasses to serve.
