Canola oil

4½ tsp

Plain unpopped popcorn

4 Tbsp

Curry powder

2½ tsp

Dried cherries

¼ cup(s), chopped

Toasted sunflower seed kernels

Instructions

  1. Stir together 20 ml (4 tsp) canola oil and 12 ml (21⁄2 tsp) curry powder in microwavable cup. Microwave on High until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Drizzle 2 L (8 cups) popcorn with curry oil, tossing until coated evenly. Sprinkle with 60 ml (1⁄4 cup) chopped dried tart cherries and 45 ml (3 Tbsp) sunflower seeds.
  2. Serving size: 2 cups
