Powdered peanut butter

Water

Plain fat free Greek yogurt
4 tbsp(s)
Apple
½ large, cut into 4 thick rounds
Honey
1 tsp(s)
Instructions

Stir together peanut butter powder and water in a small cup until blended. Add yogurt; stir until blended and smooth. Divide between 2 apple slices; drizzle with honey. Cover with remaining 2 apple slices. Serve immediately.
