Powdered peanut butter
Plain fat free Greek yogurt
½ large, cut into 4 thick rounds
- Stir together peanut butter powder and water in a small cup until blended. Add yogurt; stir until blended and smooth. Divide between 2 apple slices; drizzle with honey. Cover with remaining 2 apple slices. Serve immediately.
- Makes 1 serving (2 sandwiches).
