1% low fat cottage cheese
1 medium, peeled and chopped
½ cup(s), chopped, fresh
Low fat frozen waffle(s)
- In a small food processor or blender, process cottage cheese until almost smooth; transfer to a small bowl and stir in fruit.
- Prepare waffles according to package directions. Spoon about 1/2 cup of fruit mixture over each waffle, sprinkle each with a pinch of cinnamon and serve. Yields one fruit-topped waffle per serving.
