The flavours of orange and vanilla blend deliciously in this creamy protein smoothie. It's reminiscent of the orange-flavoured ice cream on a stick. Add more or less ice cubes, depending on how cold and thick you like your smoothies.

Protein powder

Fresh orange juice

6 fl oz

Water

6 fl oz, cold

Ice cube(s)

4 cube(s), optional

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender; puree until thick and creamy.
  2. Makes 1 serving.

Notes

The portion is large so feel free to divide into two smaller smoothies. Or drink half and freeze the other half in ice pop molds for DIY ice cream.
