Community Recipe: Grilled Swordfish over Salad

Uncooked swordfish fillet(s)
1 medium, chopped
Uncooked red onion(s)
½ small, chopped
2 tsp(s), balsamic
- On grill over medium-high heat cook fish 7 minutes, turning once, until just cooked through. (Try using an indoor grill in wintertime.)
- Meanwhile, mix the tomatoes and onion. Sprinkle with the balsamic vinegar and let sit for about 10 minutes to marinate. Place fish over bed of mixed greens and sprinkle the tomato-onion mixture on top.
