Chocolate-Peanut Butter No-Bake Protein Bites

Here's everyone's favourite peanut butter-chocolate flavour combo in a no-bake snack. Toss some in a small container and take them on-the-go. You can freeze extras for a later date or halve the recipe for fewer servings.
WW Chocolate Protein Booster Powdered Drink Mix
Powdered peanut butter
1 medium, ripe
Quick cooking rolled oats
- Combine WW protein booster, 7 Tbsp powdered peanut butter, banana, water, and salt in a large food processor; process until combined. Add oats and flour; pulse until mixture forms a ball. Using a Tbsp measure, scoop dough into 20 balls.
- Place remaining 1 Tbsp powdered peanut butter in a shallow dish; roll balls in powder to coat. Refrigerate up to 1 week.
