These 5-ingredient homemade popsicles are full of chocolaty-goodness. If you don't have any popsicle molds, you can use small paper cups with lollipop or popsicle sticks.

Ingredients

Canned unsweetened light coconut milk

13 fl oz, shaken

Unsweetened cocoa powder

5 tbsp(s)

Honey

2 tbsp(s), raw variety, or date syrup

Vanilla extract

1 tsp(s), pure variety

Table salt

¼ tsp(s)

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients until smooth and pour the mixture into six ice pop molds. Insert the base and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until set. Loosen by running the molds under warm water.
  2. Serving size: 1 ice pop
