Gluten free fat free reduced sodium chicken broth
Cooked skinless boneless chicken breast(s)
3 oz, shredded or chopped
Cooked long grain brown rice
2 medium, chopped
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat (or in a medium bowl in the microwave), heat broth, chicken, rice, carrots, and scallions, stirring occasionally, until warmed through. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
