Elevate this easy chicken salad with sweetness and tartness from red and green grapes and extra crunch from unsalted almonds. What else could you ask for from a salad that only takes 10 minutes to throw together!


Ingredients
Mixed greens

Grapes
1¾ cup(s), red and green variety mixed, halved
Cucumber
1 large, sliced
Olive oil
2 tbsp(s)
Fresh lemon juice
3 tbsp(s)
Rosemary
4 sprig(s), finely chopped
Garlic
1 clove(s), large, crushed
Table salt
¼ tsp(s), or to taste
Black pepper
¼ tsp(s), or to taste
Cooked skinless, boneless chicken breast
18 oz, sliced
Unsalted dry roasted almonds

Instructions

Combine salad, grapes and cucumber in a large bowl.

To make dressing, whisk oil, lemon juice, rosemary and garlic in a small bowl. Season dressing with salt and pepper.

Drizzle salad with dressing. Add chicken. Toss to combine. Serve sprinkled with almonds.
