Total time: 1 hr 11 min • Prep: 10 min • Cook: 1 min • Serves: 12 • Difficulty: Easy

This yogurt bark offers serious candy bar vibes. Chopped dates replicate the gooey-chewy sweet appeal of caramel, the almonds provide plenty of crunch, and chocolate peanut butter powder and melted chocolate offer plenty of richness. If the dates stick to your knife when cutting, wipe the blade clean and then coat it with cooking spray.

Ingredients

Plain fat free Greek yogurt

1½ cup(s)

Chocolate peanut butter powder

⅔ cup(s)

Dried dates

⅔ cup(s), chopped

Unsalted dry roasted almonds

⅓ cup(s), chopped

Lily's Milk chocolate style baking chips

4 oz, about 2/3 cup

Flaky salt

¼ tsp(s)

Instructions

1

In a medium bowl, stir together the yogurt and peanut butter powder until well combined. Spread the yogurt mixture into a 12 x 9–inch rectangle on a parchment paper–lined sheet pan. Sprinkle the dates and almonds evenly over the yogurt mixture.

2

In a small microwave-safe bowl, microwave the chocolate chips on High until melted, about 1 minute, stopping to stir every 20 seconds. Drizzle the chocolate evenly over the yogurt mixture, spreading and lightly swirling to cover the mixture as much as possible. Sprinkle the salt over the top. Place the pan in the freezer and freeze until firm, 1 to 1 ½ hours. Cut into 12 equal pieces.
