Blueberries and peaches are a wonderful coupling. Fortunately, they needn't be in season to be delicious in this smoothie - the frozen varieties go great together.
1 cup(s), fresh or frozen
1 medium, peeled and sliced, or 1 cup frozen, sliced peaches
Light artificially sweetened yogurt
1 cup(s), peach-flavoured
- In a blender, combine all ingredients; puree until smooth.
- Pour into a tall, chilled glass.
