Ingredients

Reduced fat cream cheese

Raisin bread

2 slice(s), (3/8-inch-thick), cinnamon-raisin

Banana

¼ cup(s), thinly sliced

Fat-free skim milk

½ tbsp(s)

Egg

1 large

Vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Spread 1 tablespoon cream cheese on one side of each slice of bread. Top one slice of bread with banana, then top with remaining slice of bread.
  2. Whisk together milk, egg, and vanilla in small shallow bowl. Briefly dip stuffed French toast into egg mixture to coat on both sides.
  3. Spray medium nonstick skillet with nonstick spray and set over medium heat. Place French toast in skillet. Cook until golden brown, 3–4 minutes on each side. Serve with fresh berries.
