Ingredients

Raw egg

1 large

1% low fat milk

1 cup(s)

Salted butter

1 tbsp(s)

Banana

2 large, mashed

Vanilla extract

½ tsp(s)

Table salt

¼ tsp(s)

Unpacked brown sugar

2 tbsp(s)

Baking powder

2 tsp(s)

All-purpose flour

Protein powder

1 tbsp(s), vanilla

Walnuts

¼ cup(s), chopped

Blueberries

½ cup(s), for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together egg, milk, and melted butter. Add in mashed bananas and vanilla extract. In another bowl, combine dry ingredients. Slowly fold dry ingredients into wet mixture.
  2. Spray a large skillet with cooking oil and turn to medium. Once skillet is hot, cook pancake batter into small discs. Flip once the batter starts to bubble on top.
  3. Serve with fresh blueberries.
  4. Serving Size: 2-3 pancakes

Each pancake should use ¼ cup of batter
