Uncooked old fashioned oats

Banana

Plain fat free Greek yogurt

Maple syrup

Plain unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

Mix together rolled oats, cinnamon, walnuts, and vanilla extract. Add to a glass jar.

Add mashed banana, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and top with almond milk.

Stir well, cover, and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight.
