Frozen waffles are a great freezer staple. They're a tasty substitute for bread in many meals - especially brunch recipes! Turn this dish into French toast by soaking the waffle in whisked egg and milk, and then cooking it in a skillet. Waffles are also super tasty spread with peanut butter and topped with thinly sliced apples. Or better yet, whisk powdered chocolate peanut butter into nonfat plain yogurt and use that as a spread.
