"Bostock" refers to a traditional French dish that's made from slices of day-old brioche baked with almond paste, sliced almonds, and sugar. Our version swaps out the high-calorie ingredients for nutritious, fiber-rich ones, such as whole grains, flaxseed meal, and fresh raspberries.

Ingredients

Banana

1 small, ripe

Ground flaxseed meal

1 tbsp(s)

Almond butter (unsalted, no oil, or sugar added)

1 tbsp(s)

Frozen whole grain waffles

1 item(s), about 1 1/4 oz

Raspberries

⅓ cup(s)

Honey

¾ tsp(s)

Instructions

1

Preheat oven to 425°F.

2

In small bowl, mash banana with fork. Stir in flaxseed and almond butter.

3

Onto frozen waffle on small baking sheet, spread banana mixture. Into banana mixture, press raspberries. Bake until banana mixture begins to brown and waffle is crisp, about 20 minutes.

4

Drizzle raspberries with honey.
